- Permit-Ready Approvals: We sign and date the official Design Verification Form at the end of the CALGreen Checklist, so your plans are ready for building permit approval.
3. Final Field Verification
- Site Inspection: Near construction completion, we perform a thorough field inspection to verify installed features and review required contractor documentation.
- Occupancy Approval: We issue and sign the final Implementation Verification Form, enabling you to receive your Certificate of Occupancy without delay.
